The website is intended and designed solely to provide the User with access to Monique Parker’s chanting, yoga, and foam roller courses and mentoring, products, audio files, books, and art, and general information about my instruction. These policies and terms apply to all of the intellectual property content on the website, including images, text, audio files, logos, and products offered by M.S. Parker, LLC.

Privacy and Disclosure of Information

M.S. Parker, LLC respects the User’s privacy and will not sell or misuse the User’s personal information or data. The User’s name, address, email address and phone number will only be disclosed to process orders as follows:

    • For products (chanting textbooks, audio files of chants, art and notecards) fulfilled by M.S. Parker, LLC.
    • For purchases of my services (chanting courses, yoga therapy and foam roller classes, private or semi-private mentoring in chanting, yoga or foam roller).

The User’s email address will be used for the “Monique Parker” newsletter subscription at check-out or the sign-up box on the website. M.S. Parker, LLC will not give or sell the User’s email address, and the User may unsubscribe at any time.

All products and content on the website are exclusive property of M.S Parker, LLC and provided for Users’ personal use, general information and to purchase Monique Parker’s audio chant files and art products, and the chanting textbooks published by Media Garuda/KHYF. No content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes without the prior written consent of M.S. Parker, LLC.

M.S. Parker, LLC exclusively reserves all rights to the products and services on the website and all website content. M.S. Parker, LLC reserves the right to terminate access to the website by any User who is alleged to have infringed on intellectual property rights. Items and services purchased from M.S. Parker LLC, including courses, private and semi-private mentoring, textbooks, audio chant files, original artwork, prints and note cards, cannot be copied, repurposed, or infringed upon in any way without prior written consent by M.S. Parker, LLC.

Monique Parker and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Monique Parker’s, in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit  moniqueparker.net or M.S. Parker, LLC or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

Shipping

Textbooks and Notecards

Textbooks and Notecards are shipped from M.S. Parker, LLC located in Taos, New Mexico. Shipping costs on these products are additional and will be added at checkout. Orders within the USA will be charged $8 for Priority Mail shipping with USPS. Orders outside the US will be charged $11 for shipping. The customer should receive their package within 10 business days of purchase date unless otherwise notified.

Museum-quality prints and canvas prints

Prints and canvas prints shipped from M.S. Parker, LLC’s US printing vendor in USA. Shipping costs on these products are included in the price of the prints for purchases shipped within the USA. Orders outside the US will be charged an additional $11 for poster prints and $30 for canvas prints for shipping. The customer should receive their package within 14 business days of purchase date unless otherwise notified.

Original paintings

Original paintings ship from M.S. Parker, LLC, in Taos, New Mexico. Shipping costs on the original paintings are included in the price of the painting for purchases shipped within the USA. Orders outside the US will be charged an additional $25 for original paintings for packaging and shipping. The customer should receive their package within 14-21 business days of purchase date unless otherwise notified.

Audio chant files

Audio chant files are downloaded directly from moniqueparker.net website after purchase.

COVID 19 Notice

Please understand that there are currently shipping delays due to Covid-19.

Returns

All purchases on moniqueparker.net are final. If a product arrives damaged, you must notify M.S. Parker, LLC (info@moniqueparkerstudios.com) within 3 business days and provide photo proof of damage for consideration in replacing product.

Sales Tax

Due to New Mexico being an origin-based state for sales tax, all Users, regardless of location, will be charged 8.5625% sales tax (based on New Mexico-origin of sale, Village of Questa sales tax) on all items and services purchased on the website.

Applicable Law

By visiting www.moniqueparker.net, you agree that the laws of the state of New Mexico, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and M.S. Parker, LLC.
