I am an artist and writer who is also an educator, yoga therapist, and teacher of Vedic chanting in the tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. My mission is to offer prayers of beauty and inspiration to the world through my paintings and poetry. When I’m not writing or creating art, I help others to connect with their authentic voice and experience greater self-understanding and wellness through mentoring and master classes.

During Covid, I picked up a paintbrush for the first time in my life and quickly discovered that painting sacred art of Hindu gods and goddesses is a part of my sādhanā. In this short video I share a handful of the beautiful 21 paintings I created in seven weeks that culminated with Navaratri, the nine nights of Goddess Durga in India.
